When some people get nervous or frightened, they will get a tremendous headache. When watching TV soaps some people become upset, then get a headache, and sometimes even want to bang their head on the wall.
Most people think these kinds of headaches are unbearable, but the truth is your body is adjusting itself. The part of your head you may want to bang against the wall just happens to be where the Shangxing Point is located.
Push your hair back from your forehead, then hold your hair up, make a line upwards from your nose, use the band on your thumb to give you the distance from where your hair begins. At the other end of your thumb is the Shangxing Point.
When you have a headache, there’s no need to bang your head against the wall, simply rub the Shangxing Point with your fingers about 50 to 100 times, and you’ll be feeling much better.
If you sit at a desk all day in front of a computer, you may feel discomfort in your hands, fingers, or shoulders. Here is a little trick to help relieve yourself of these kinds of discomfort.
First, let your hands drop naturally to your sides; then move your shoulders in three directions, one direction at a time: forwards, backwards and upwards. Follow along with me. First move your shoulders forwards, then return to the original position, and relax for five seconds. Now move your shoulders upwards, return to the original position for five seconds. Then backwards, and back to the original position for five seconds. Repeat this action about 20 times after finishing a day of work. It will help you recover your energy.
