Until recently, few people in China would have recognized the word “Wikileaks”. But since the website's leaking of thousands of pages of classified US documents on the Afghan War that's all changed. And media coverage of the posting of what's claimed to be an internal CIA report more recently has fascinated many in China - where leaking classified state secrets is severely punished.
