Live Right Part 64

Many people work in an office for long periods of time each day, especially those who use a computer frequently,3 and discomfort in the shoulders may be experienced.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, there is a pressure point that can be used to treat discomfort in the upper back and shoulders, called the Shousanli Point.
Before looking for this point, we should first locate the Quchi Point. We’ve talked about this point before. If you missed that episode you can watch it again on our website, www.bon.tv.
When you bend your elbow with your arm at a 90-degree angle, you’ll notice a line on the inside of your arm, which is called the elbow line; outside the elbow line is the Quchi Point, then 2 cun below the Quchi Point is the Shousanli Point.
There is a very simple method for massaging this point: put one of your arms on a table, then with the elbow of the other arm, gently rub this point. This method is very relaxing, and has great effects as well.
